Order Proofs

A paper proof will be provided for your approval after receiving your text and or logo information. There is no charge for three emailed proofs. Each additional proof that is not our error is $20.00. Please check for spelling, wording, punctuation and placement. After you have approved your emailed layout, any production errors will be quickly and willingly corrected but any corrections will be at your expense.

24 hour Proofs

Once a customer sends in the artwork for their order a proof is created and sent back to them for review usually in 24 hours for larger orders it may take 48 hours. If the artwork or logo are not usable the customer is contacted to see if they have better artwork if not, we quote them the cost to have their logo or artwork fixed by an outside company which adds 24 hours to the proofing process. An email with the proof is sent with the following text: Attached is your proof for review. Please check all spelling and placement and let us know if we are approved to proceed or if changes need to be made. If changes are required, they get a corrected proof back within an hour or two. Once the proof is approved the order is sent to the laser dept. and put on a production board. Once the pieces arrive, they are lasered and sent to shipping.

Personalization/Lasering

Product pricing includes four sentence lines of lasering free of charge. After ordering please email or fax us what you would like on your awards immediately in order to prevent any delays in processing your order.

All awards will have the exact information you provide to us so please proof all names and information prior to sending us the information. Please keep in mind that we cannot start processing your order until we receive the information for lasering.

All orders require your name, shipping address; daytime and evening phone number, fax number, quantity, and the item numbers and date your order is needed.
