If artwork fails to meet the requirements outlined above, we will look at your artwork and evaluate how much work it will take to turn it into a usable graphic. If minor changes are required we will convert it for you at an additional charge. We will contact you with a quote on the cost to rework your artwork.
Once you send in your artwork for your order, a proof is created and sent back to you for review usually within 1 to 2 business days. Larger orders may take a little longer. If your artwork or logo are not usable, you will be contacted to see if you have artwork in a different format. Acrylic Warehouse is able to “fix” or “clean up” low resolution artwork for a minimal charge. Your award specialist will be able to advise you on the cost for this service. Normally this service adds 1 working day onto the proofing process. Once your proof is ready, you will be emailed a proof for approval. Please carefully review your proof for spelling and placement of your graphics. If there is anything you want to be changed, simply let us know, we will make the change and send you a new proof. Acrylic Warehouse will revise your proof 3 times at no charge. Additional charges may apply after the third revision is made. Once the proof is approved, we move your order into our production facility. If a logo is to be included on your awards see the Logo Requirements for details.
Product pricing includes free laser engraving. After you place your product order online, please email or fax the text you want on the award/s. Proofs and Production will start as soon as Acrylic Warehouse receives your order, text and logo.
All awards will have the exact information you provide to us so please proof all names and information prior to sending us the information. Please keep in mind that we cannot start processing your order until we receive the information for your awards.
Acrylic Warehouse is not responsible for orders not delivered on time by UPS or FedEx. We will make every effort on your behalf to work with UPS or FedEx to resolve any issues that may arise.
